Question: Is there a way to reliably copy a db from SQL Server 2008 Express R2 into SQL Azure? (overwrite everything, incl rows, identities, etc)

I've used the following with no success:
    • SQL Server 2008 Express R2 Management Studio (SSMS)
    • SQL Server 2008 Express R2 Integration Services (SSIS) (limited in Express ver)
    • Gem Query
    • SQL Azure Migration Wizard (SQLAzureMW)
    • Bulk Copy (BCP)
    • MS SQL Azure Sync Tool[/list:u]

In all cases above, can connect to both local and Azure servers.
In some cases, was able to create procedures, views, and empty tables.
In no case was I able to successfully load any rows into SQL Azure.
      Database size under 1GB.

      System: Win2k3 R2 Std SP2, SQL Server 2008 Express R2 w/Tools, 3GB RAM, 160GB HD (74GB free).

      TIA,

      -S

Not sure I fully understand the question, and I know I don't have any experience with Azure but couldn't you backup the SQL Server database to a .BAK and then restore it on the Azure server? This could be done in SQL Server Management Studio.
