Has anyone found an RSS news reader that runs well on Windows Vista? At one point I was using SharpReader (http://www.sharpreader.net/) and was happy with that, but at some point (maybe when I switched from Windows XP to Vista) I switched to RSS Bandit (http://rssbandit.org/). Lately I've been getting a lot of "not responding" messages while trying to use it. I do have a lot of feeds that I'm following.

I don't know about Vista but I use Outlook 2007's RSS feeder. I even set it so the feeds are placed in a local PWS file so it doesn't start filling up the Exhcange server. :)

I forgot that they reduced the price to free. Seems nice from my first impression. It offered to import all my feeds from RSS Bandit and was quick to update all the feeds.

Have you found it worthwhile to create a NewsGator account? Any downsides to doing so?

I created a NewsGator account when I originally bought FeedDemon but I don't use it and haven't even logged into it in about a couple of years. YMMV though.:)
